Hi guys,

My Interview is July 14th at Los Angeles! Sent in Paper's April 19th

I was wondering if anyone has had an Interview as quick as mine and been approved and received card following week or so? It is just i have read a couple of people got their Interviews pretty quick and they are still waiting Pending name checks.

Also i remember reading about the EAD application! Is it true that if you have not received the EAD withing 90 Days that you are entitled to go to the Local USCIS Office and get one over the counter??? My office will be Los Angeles i think??

Congratulations.

Yes, if you are over the 90 day mark you are eligible to get a Temp EAD. However, some offices will not issue them.

congratulations.... yes my husband got his GC within a 3 or 4 months since we send his papers, send papers on march 01/2006, then got transfer to california on may 18/2006 and june 12 he was approved & the best of all without interview.... :dance::luv::thumbs::yes:

**K-1 VISA**

*07.29.05 sent package i-129f to california

*08.02.05 recveived NOA1

*10.17.05 received NOA2

*11.01.05 colombia's embassy received package

*12.05.05 interview date

*12.06.05 recieved VISA

*12.20.05 came to U.S.A!!!!

*12.28.05 applied for a Social Security

*01.05.06 received Social Security card =)

*02.11.06 married....

*03.01.06 sent package for AOS & EAD

*03.03.06 package arrived at unit (Chicago,il 60699)

I have read a few stories here where people with quick interviews were approved pending some sort of information that the USCIS did not have yet.

Hopefully they will have everything and you will get the green card soon. You certainly deserve a break after the way they jerked you around before. Perhaps they feel guilty.

30 Oct 2008 Still nothing for step daughter. Checks still haven't cleared the bank

24 November Checks finally cleared the bank

February biometrics for wife Nothing for daughter.

Our GC took about 4 months from filing to interview. I was told at the interview that I was approved and received the GC about 2 weeks later.
