Affidavits for Illigetimate children

Hello again fellow Vj members,

We are in the process of I-130 for my 2 minor kids. I have heard that during the interview in USEM in Manila.. I should prepare these three different affidavits.My kids uses the father's name though we were not married at all.

My questions are, do i need these 3 different affidavits?

1. Affidavit of Illigetimacy?

2. Affidavit of Fictitious Marriage

3. Affidavit of Explanation ( for what?)

One of my child already has her Philippine passport and all i had to submit to DFA was the affidavit of illigitimacy and my Certificate of No Marriage.

My 7 yr.old son will be getting his passport as soon as my mom will receive the SPA and Affidavit of Support and Consent that i sent her couple of days ago.

Anybody who just recently had interview at USEM and was asked of these documents? Just wanna prepare all the necessary papers while we are waiting for our NOA 2.

I would appreciate any ideas.
