Hello thanks for reading!

My biometrics appt for i-485 will be this coming Tuesday (I am very excited) but I still have not received i-765 biometrics appt. I was told to show both NOAS plus the i-485 appt notice and tell the people there I never received the other appt. What do you guys think? Should I? Will it work? I live in West Palm Beach, FL and I heard the staff at the ASC aren't that friendly.

I received the i-485 bio appt on the day 62.... people, according to the zone I live, get it on the day 85 or so BUT BOTH bio appts. I am nervous :wacko:

10/17/05... WPB, FL rcvd and forward to NBC/MSC rcvd pkg

11/09/05... NOAs for i-485,i-765 & i-130 dispatched

11/12/05... NOA i-485 & i-765 in my hands!

01/09/06... got biometrics appt for i-485 for 1/31/06

01/11/06... i-765 touched (ACTUAL APPROVAL DAY)

01/31/06... BIO/FP done for i-765 & i-485.

02/08/06... EAD APPROVED & got my passport in the mail! :) (ready for that stamp!)

02/09/06... Got my EAD :) approved 1/11/06 valid until 1/10/07

02/10/06... Applied for SSN, EAD INFO was already in the SSA system :)

02/17/06... got my SSN in the mailbox! yai!!!

02/21/06... GOT INTERVIEW DATE for 4/26/06 @ 9:30AM -West Palm Beach, FL DO-

04/26/06... Interview seemed a success, no approval due to pending security clearence.

06/07/06... i-485 was "touched."

06/09/06... Got email from CRIS, welcome letter on the way! :)

06/12/06... Welcome letter in my hands!

06/16/06... Got email from CRIS again! green card on the way!!

06/19/06... GOT MY GREEN CARD! (valid until 06/07/08)

05/22/08... TX received okg for i751

05/30/08... GOT NOA with extension

06/09/08... got appt for fingerprints

06/17/08... fingersprints done

09/03/08... case transferred and received at CA

03/01/09... finally 1 touch!

04/01/09... got email new green card on the way!!!!! (10 months and 2 weeks!)

06/22/12... N-400 Priority Date - Received

I had the same experience as Ephesia. So definitely bring all NOAs, and they may do all biometrics as a matter of policy. Even if you get an initial refusal, ask to speak to a supervisor -- I read on VJ that sometimes it works. Good luck!

09-02-2005 Applications for AOS, EAD, and AP received by MSC

10-21-2005 AOS fingerprint notice for 12-08-2005

11-07-2005 AP approved

12-05-2005 Infopass appt at San Jose office for interim EAD -- Refused, because it is already approved by MSC on 11-07-2005

12-07-2005 Attempt at interim EAD at San Francisco office -- no go. Back to San Jose, where CSO (chief station officer) tells they will contact MSC via email to request permission to issue interim EAD

12-08-2005 Biometrics for AOS and EAD. Having no EAD appt letter was no problem (used EAD NOA)

12-15-2005 EAD arrived in the mail

12-24-2005 Received interview letter; interview scheduled 03-01-2006

01-28-2006 Received replacement SSN card in married name (5 wks since application)

03-01-2006 AOS interview -- approved; received stamp in the passport

03-13-2006 Green card arrived in the mail

Aug. 18,06 passed the colorado driving test

Sept. 28,06 got my own car

Aug. 28,12 7th year wedding anniversary

I didn't get a biometrics appointment for my EAD either. Only got the one for AOS. I brought both NOAs down anyway, and they took my fingerprints for both. According to the staff at that ASC, it was a standard procedure for them.

DONE!! :) went into the ASC building and they took my appt notice for i-485 & NOA for i-765. I was out in 15 mins. :) My case for both was updated today! I was nervous for a while because I never saw that people doing something in the computer about my i-765-- but hey! they did it!!

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
