Just so I dont pass on something as I understand it, of the included contents for the I-129F it would be as follows:

I-129F

(and supporting documents)

I-134

G-325A

(one for me and one for him, with a photo of him and a photo of me attached to respective set)

DS-156K

DS-156

DS-230

--- All of this needs to be in the folder as the " K1 - Package " That you send, including the payment?

Also He will be deploying in october unfortunatly.. if we put an attachement on it could that help with it going through faster so we dont end up stuck with meetings while hes deployed and he cant attend them?

I-134 is needed at visa interview, NOT when filing form I-129F, as well as the DS-Forms.

Please read the K-1 guide.

What you've listed above contains many things that you would NOT send with the original petition (i.e., no I-134, DS-156, DS-156k, DS-230) - those items would be needed for the interview stage, not initial filing.

The guide lists all suggested I-129f package contents.

As far as expediting for military deployment reasons -

Check http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...0000ecd190aRCRD . There is a telephone number to call for detailed instructions on how to send an expedition request.

Hope this helps.

This is what you should include:

*I-129F form

*PAYMENT PAPERCLIPPED TO FORM I-129f

*G-325A for petitioner (with your photo in a plastic bag, attached to a single sheet of paper, and placed behind G-325A)

*G-325A for benificiary (same as above)

*Supplement to question 18, part B on how you met in past 2 years (single page typed statement answering question)

*original letter of intent (petitioner)

*original letter of intent (beneficiary)

*Proof of having met in the past two years (mine was 6 pages & 7 photos)

*Copy of my partial birth certificate (if you have the whole one, include a copy of that)

*Copy of all pages of my passport (because i didn't have whole b.c.)

*Proof of ongoing relationship (mine was 43 pages + 9 photos)

I'M STILL WAITING ON MY NOA1....SO YOU SHOULD DEFINATELY FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES OTHERS HAVE PROVIDED FOR YOU AS WELL.

HOPE THIS HELPS.
