ok my Fiance is awaiting her letter at this point from the US Embassy in Manila for her scheduled dates for both her medical examination and her interview. Everything up to this point has been approved. I am in the US and waiting now I guess for her to receive this letter from manila. What can i now be preparing to send to her? Can I now prepare my three years proof of income? Can I now hve her go get her teeth checked by a dentist since this was a concern of hers before she goes for her exam? When do I send her the Affidavit of Support to take to manila? Please advise me what is next in this process. What can i be getting ready at this point to send with her? I figure her interview will be within two months anyway, so is preparing things now too early? How much money will filing the affidavit of Support cost me? Is this what is called the AOS? Thanks in advance for any help.

Here's what I did when I was in your shoes.

I prepared the I-134 and gathered the evidence of income and assets that it requires, including obtaining letters from my 401k plan and my bank.

I made a copy of the I-129F petition filing for her to have.

I visited her in Manila for a week. While not required, this gave us a chance to see each other again and provided her with additional evidence of relationship for her interview.

I had the I-134 notarized at the US embassy while I was there - having it notarized there wasn't a requirement, but it was a nice touch.

I called and emailed the embassy long distance way too many times to find out when her interview was going to be. :)

Your fiancee can have her teeth checked, but unless she has some transmissable disease that's causing the problem, the health of her teeth won't have an impact on getting a medical clearance. Her time might be better spent getting some of her vaccines taken care of.

AOS stands for Adjustment of status. It costs $1010. You file it once she's here and you've gotten married.

I will not be able to go there again before the interview, but I was there about nine months ago. We have more than enough evidence of our relationship. Over seven hundred pictures to back it all up. I am sending all copies of paperwork with her that I sent to USCIS in the beginning, and a good handful of text messages over the time, letters, cards, phone bills, etc. We have all this in place. My main question, I guess is, what is next for me to prepare in regards to forms to send to her for her to take to manila? Should I be calling the US Embassy there to ask about her scheduled dates for both medical and the interview?

ok my Fiance is awaiting her letter at this point from the US Embassy in Manila for her scheduled dates for both her medical examination and her interview. Everything up to this point has been approved.

Do u already have a case number which is MNLxxxxxxxxx? Did u call the embassy for your fiancees interview date? Did u receive NVC letter? because u will need these for your fiancees medical coz she will fill up a form with manila case number. :)

I am in the US and waiting now I guess for her to receive this letter from manila. What can i now be preparing to send to her?

Can I now prepare my three years proof of income?

You can start preparing the Affidavit of Support I-134, employment records, Form 1040 (latest), W-2 (3 yrs), pay stubs, bank statements or any evidences that u declared on I-134 :)

Can I now hve her go get her teeth checked by a dentist since this was a concern of hers before she goes for her exam? When do I send her the Affidavit of Support to take to manila?

If it is necessary why not but it is not a main corcern during the medical as long as your fiancee doesnt have any communicable diseases then she will be fine:)

Please advise me what is next in this process. What can i be getting ready at this point to send with her?

Start it now if your I-129F petition is approved already :)

I figure her interview will be within two months anyway, so is preparing things now too early?

You can check the interview date by calling the embassy if they received your I-129F from NVC :)

How much money will filing the affidavit of Support cost me?

For the medical it is 10k plus depending on the US dollar rate then visa fee is 6k plus pesos

Is this what is called the AOS?

No

Thanks in advance for any help.

Good Luck :)
