Or just grill it and dip in soy sauce mixed with vinegar, sili, onion and garlic...yummmmmm

One day, I'd love to travel to that river where the fish jumps out onto your boat and you would just extend your fishing net while you drive. What is that place called? I remember everyone is invited to catch those fish without any license since the habitat is not their natural ones.

I want to share my picture,this is my first fishing trip,we went in Lake Fork, Mineola, Texas,fishing is fun,cool and exciting.my husband is a very good guide.

Really??? I eat bass...I grilled the whole fish, wrap in foil with union and seasoning...taste good to me...

its a RED SNAPPER...its a lot better tasting than tilapia..red snapper we called that backhome LAPU LAPU
