I-130 petition

Hi all,

When organizing the I-130 petition and all supporting docs , shouldyou use paper clips or staples to organize into goups?

Also, I received the signed forms from my wife and she sidned them with her intial of first and middle name and whol last name; will this be a problem her using first and middle intial in signature. It is a signayure , I know my signature isn't even legible , looks like a the way doctors write; but itis my signature?

I will be posting my info and time line soon, just want to get the app out.

for the I130 I didn't use anything...I just stuck all of it in a folder, but for the packets needed for NVC I used paperclips...NO STAPLES!

NO staples...paper clips are fine. Keep it organized.

As long as she signs it the same way everytime, no probs. A signature is a signature.
