Criminal history

We are about to file my husband's AOS. He does not have a criminal record of any sort. Do we need a document from the courts in Bosnia stating this?

The I-485 asks for documentation of any criminal convictions you have previously had - if there were none, then there is nothing to document. (See instructions and/or form for I-485.)

You don't have to provide any certificates if you haven't committed a crime if you are filing for I-485.

It would be great if people who have done DCF and not in country AOS would not misinform people.

Thanks. I checked the guides and there was nothing about it. then I read the instructions for the I-485 and I thought that it said you only need to send a document if there was an arrest or conviction but, I wanted to get someone elses incite just to be sure.
