Our appointment was at 9:00 at the San Jose office, got there about 30 mins early. For the most part everyone was very friendly..went up to the 2nd floor and dropped our appointment letter in the wooden box and sat down to wait. There were about 14 other couples (some with lawyers) waiting, we were called at 9:15. Our OI was Mr. Saelee, he directed us to his office and the interview began. I am pregnant and he asked when the baby was due....I told him a few weeks. He said not to worry he would try and get us out as quick as possible.

He asked some questions basically read off the G-325. He asked us when we were married at least 4 times. He also asked us where we worked numerous times.

I had brought way too much documentation but he commented on how organized I was :)

asked for some pics, took a few along with our wedding invitation and told

us WE WERE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

He gave us a form that states:

I-485 Adjustment of Status Interview Results

On 5/13/2009 you were interviewed by USCIS officers

Congratulations, your adjustment of Status has been approved

he explained the removal of conditions I-751 that should be filed in 2 years.

I think we were both smiling ear to ear..so happy

He asked me if he could call if he needed any other docs or information I said no problem

He congratulated us and we left...total about 35 mins.

WOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!
