We just received a NOA I-797C stating that our case has been transferred to the CSC. We filed our AOS in April 2009.

Does this mean that we're not going to have an interview? If it's so, what we should expect now?

I would take it as good news. My case was sent to CSC on 13th April and was approved yesterday without interview

Ours was transferred to CSC on 4/27... touched yesterday AND today. I hope this means good news is coming!!

I have seen cases sent to CSC, and the adjudicator there decides an interview is required and sends it back to NBC and they send it to your field office.

Forwarding to CSC is not a guarantee of approval without an interview.

Nope, no evidence.. Just the forms I-485 I-795 and I-131. Just what you need to show (we figured out that the MOST IMPORTANT THING and it's easy to screw up is the AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT) and that's it

No pictures, no nothing.. That is something that you need to show in case you get an interview date but reading here around through the posts, some users wrote that it was quick and easy and didn't really ask for evidence.. I think it depends upon cases.. Each one is different.. and, of course, the examiner

Go ahead with what the checklist tells you to provide and cross your fingers! We always need of a little bit of luck!
