OMG! where du live? a couple months ago I think it was you who said you heard gunshots outside ur house...I'm glad you're safe. May Allah SwT protect you and all of us inshallah!

east side of Atlanta, crime is getting worse and worse. I keep saying that I wish we had cops watch over us late at night, but I just dont see that happening. The most obvious thing the store manager said tonight was, if they come for the money, just give it to them... *like we wouldnt know to do that? Im not going to be Walmarts hero thats for sure!

Are you in Stone Mountain or what area? I cant believe someone would try to rob Wal-Mart - to hard to get in and out of. They must have had someone waiting in a car just outside of the door.

Yah Stone Mtn, after they ran out of the store they ran to the fence along hwy 78 and jumped over the fence. They had a getaway car on the other side. The girls involved said the 3 guys that robbed them looked about 18-20 yrs old.

Our undercover security inside walmart is not an officer and does not carry a gun either. Just a regular guy from Walmart that catches people stealing or deals with little situations, but I believe even he was gone for the day by 9:50pm. They called code green for "hostage" but even then, everything happened so fast that no one could call 911 until the guys were gone.

Reminds me of the Titanic....radio room closed down for the night!! Wal-Mart needs to look

seriously at their security for the people who have to remain there during the night. Just be

careful Tammy.

Hey MENA! :energy: Happy Wednesday! Its 12am East coast time!

I just got home from work and we had serious stuff going on. Last night at 9:50pm 3 guys robbed the customer service manager at gunpoint at my store. One guy ran around the service desk and grabbed the CSM and told her to give him the money, the 2nd guy stood in front of the service desk and pointed a gun at the cashier, and the 3rd guy wasnt doing much of anything. No masks on, we got plenty of camera shots of them. They apparently been in the store since 9:10pm watching the CSM pull the registers and when she got up front they made their move, while customer service was still open! Lights on and all, but there were surprisingly no customers in the line.

So, tonight it was a bit scary keeping my eye open and looking at EVERY ONE, while still pulling bags, resetting the registers. I dont feel safe and I doubt any front end customer service manager in my store does now!

Thankfully, no one got hurt... money gone but no one hurt. I am glad though I was on VJ last night and not at my store!

Yikes! Thank God, you weren't there!! How do they help employees when something like that happens?? I don't blame you for feeling scared and not safe. I hope those people get caught ASAP!!!

Oh and happy Wednesday MENA!!! Take care everyone!!

Kelly i bought this house over 3 years ago, and have to live in it for 5 years so my downpayment is forgiveable. And I really like the house. We would like to sell but wanna wait for the 5 years to be up. And then maybe we can find something in a nicer area., but seriously it doesn't matter where you go anymore, the crime and violence is everywhere!
