I think it would be more of a big deal if the businesses were saying that they would only allow black people to shop at their stores..

It's out of order that in an Italy restaurant there's a Japanese chef. It just seem very out of order. Although they can cook the same.

How often do you see the chef in a restaurant unless the kitchen is open.

I worked at a restaurant during uni and the head chef in the kitchen was a profusely sweating 300lb man with a case of excess body hair to rival Robin Williams.

Great chef, but I'm not sure anyone would have eaten there if they knew that chewbacca and jabba the hutt's lovechild were running the kitchen.
