Hello again fellow vj members,

We just filed the I-130 petition for my kids about a month ago and today my hubby lost his job :crying: .

My question is do we have to inform the USCIS about this since in the application form we put my hubby's ex employer??

Pls. help me and i would appreciate any ideas. thanks again.

Not yet. He could be re-employed before the petition is decided.
