wowwow..so very nice to look at talaga if you have nice graden and flowers na makikita sa paligid.

to raise a plants is not easy....its like a human you need to taking care of as well.It will not grow well and bear fruits

kung pinabayaan lang.We also consider the climate and temperature if we plants cuz their are many plants won't grow

if it is not suitable in the climate sayang lang mamatay din.

Doug wants to plant veggies, too, but the other side of our yard is concrete so he might buy a planter box. Skyblue where did you get kangkong? Tapos di ba kailangan nakatanim yun sa tubig? I miss kangkong in my sinigang. I substitute kangkong with spinach, pwede na rin. Para na tuloy ako si Popeye, kumakain ng spinach, and like Popeye lumalaki na rin tuloy ang braso ko. I can't find kangkong in the Asian Stores here in WA or OR.

It's true what you said, Mari. I have to read the instructions carefully on how to grow plants ~ if it needs sun or shade, more or less water, etc. etc. otherwise, mamamatay lang sila. Ang mahal ng plants dito di ba? Samantalang sa Philippines hinihingi lang natin sa kapitbahay ang mga tanim.

hi ur roses is very beautiful.. i envy.. pano ka nakapgtanim ng roses?

ganda talga... i have a daisy but i think its not beautiful... i love so much flowers nakakawala ng problema..

thank you. i put some potting soil in my roses kasi d maganda lupa nila dito sa US di ba. so before ka mag tanim mag hukay ka muna din lagyan mo ng potting soil before and after para maganda ang paglaki nya. nilalagyan ko rin ng manure at diligan mo at least twice a week. at wag mo gagalawin after mo itanim kasi namamatay sya. :)

I love gardening! The last three spring I planted long beans (38 inches long!), ampalaya, big tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, eggplant, okra, opo, cucumber, bell peppers, alugbati (filipino spinach), lemon grass, green onions, bokchoy, sweet basil, spinach, parsley, squash, sweet potatoes. I have to rotate the location for planting my vegetables coz it's not good if you plant the same vege at the same place. I also have flower garden, most of my flowers are roses, garanium ivy, gladiolus, asiatic lily, sun flower, and dahlia. This year my dahlia is a size of a dinnnerplate... very huge! I only planted long beans, ampalaya, cherry tomatoes, okra, opo (philippines), cucumber, bell peppers, alugbati, squash and kangkong this year. I wish I could plant more but I could only spend limited time outside coz I'm preggy and I have seasonal allergy :( .

In my vege and flower garden I used miracle grow potting soil and I also put fertilizer and water it every other day or everyday during the very hot days. I used sooker hose in my vege garden and save me alot of time. And I never used insecticide spray in my vegetables.

Hi Sky blue,

Ang mahal naman ng tanglad diyan sa inyo. Dito sa amin sa Texas 7 to 10 peraso 2 dollars lang. Pag itanim mo sa garden mo babalik din yon. Kung gusto mo na may lagi kang tanglad during the winter.
