I applied for AOS on 2007. The last letter I received from USCIS Jan 2009 informed me that my case is still processing. Before this letter, I called them first week of Jan 2009 and I told the customer service rep that it was over a year already since I last received letter from USCIS about my application (Jan 2008). My husband and I had been calling since July 2008 to check my application and they just told us that it was transferred to CSC and processing, told us the same thing we found on the website. I just called and was told it's still processing. What should we do? It's been so long. Do we need to make infopass? With the infopass, will we be able to talk to an immigration officer? Any advice? Thanks

You do the INFOPASS first & talk to the IO, asked why it is taking so long, you will get answers.

If IO says they are still processing it, then you go to US Senator office of your state & tell the problem.

They can fix it right away. GOOD LUCK !....

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
