Im just confuse on what tax to bring in my interview at USEM. Since my 1040 form dnt have signature on it, is it possible i would jst ppresent the tax transcript and the W2? or form 1040 shld be present?

If you provide a tax transcript, you do not need to include the 1040.

I assume you e-filed which is why your 1040 is not signed. That is fine, you can present it unsigned. But you could sign it now too I suppose.

Or just the tax transcript and w-2 is fine without the 1040.

one more thing, is scanned copy acceptable to the interview? Since sending it here costs money and time again. I'm thinking i just asked him the scan copy of it and the employment letter's scan copy as well

hmm...i also e-file, but you always keep a copy of 1040 for your self record. I signed my copy of printed 1040 form and keep it for my record every yr.

You should be fine either way you go.
