K-2 visa documentation for daugthers travel

I have a question about k-2 visa travel requirements. My fiancée is Filipino coming to the US. So the departure country would be Philippines marriage in the US. She has a 11 year old daughter. The mother at this time has nothing to show sole custody. nothing also in her annulment.

What is needed in documentation from the daughters farther in RP? In order to get the visa and later allow me to adopt the daughter?
