Hi all, I'm putting the last touch into the I-134 form. on II. Supporting Evidence section it give you a list of what to collect.

A - Statement from the bank (done) since they asked for the pass year all I got was the total balance of 2005

B - Letter head from work (done)

C - if self employed (not self employed)

D - List containing serial and denomination of bonds and name of record owner(s) So what does that mean. Are they talking about my 401 K? I don't owned any property or anything else that I know of. The only bond I can think of is the 401 K. I'm not sure if that cosider as bond.

There is a section in the form that stating the Life insurance value and such, so this lead me to think that maybe 401K is a bond :huh:

I been using the calling cards and I got abot half an inch thick of billing papers from the company, is it ok to send all of it. Or is that too much?

Anyway I'm ready to send out my I-129F. Any last words on these? Tips. I devided each section with it's own little envelope and label each of them with what's in it. I got ten total and then I'm placing those self envelope into another single envelope and lable that big envelope with "I-129F - Petition for fiance". Then place it in a shipping envelope when I'm ready to send it out.

Thanx in advance.

You don't need the evidence of a relationship OR the affidavit of support for the initial K-1 filing. Just the things listed on the checklist in the guides section.

And a 401K != Bonds.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/401K

Your 401K is a retirement fund and will not count as an asset as far as determining if you meet the guidance for making 125% above poverty level. (Unless you're retired, of course)

Good luck!
