He should report it to USCIS. If she gets her green card, then he would be legally on the hook to support her as her sponsor. Then if he failed to provide support, she could turn around and sue him. Thus my advice to make an InfoPass appointment with USCIS.

Yeah , I know. But I truly loved this woman and I tried my best to get her to stop being like that with me but she never would. Also, always accusing me of being unfaithful when I knew in my heart that I was being as faithful as I could. I never even thought about being unfaithful against her.

I imagine that the fact she won't even talk to you makes it much more difficult. Even though it sucks, it would be easier if she would at least tell you what she wants. I think you're getting to a point where you have to make the decision based on what you think is best for YOU. Good luck!

trillium, thanks. I just don't want to be played anymore. And I don't think she should be given the right to remain here after everything I've done for her and with no respect from her. And to have this happen broke my heart. But I don't think she should think she's scott free.

Time to get some sleep. Thanks

Chill out man. Withdraw your AOS if that will validate your manhood and move on. Let the woman move on and you should to.

I disagree with you.

If he doesn't withdraw his support, she will have legal status in the US. Basically, she would have married for immigration. She wanted out of her life in the Philippines and married an American, then she left him once she got here.

Its ok to leave him, but she needs to return to her home country, If she doesn't return, then she is showing that being in the US was her main concern, in which case she has basically #######'d her way into this country.

Sorry that sounds harsh, but I am tired of all the third world women just trying to come to the US for a better life. People like the women this post is about is why the K visa process has gotten so scrutinized, forcing us all to wait longer.

Ed -

That's really pretty mean-spirited and derogatory, don't you think?

I realize you aren't happy at all with your current situation, but I think you need to chill out.

OP - Your original post doesn't make any sense. The rambling description of what occurred and this-and-that being in court doesn't fit any scenario that anyone here could advise you on. I hope you have a lawyer.

She's A BEE OTCH.!! Withdraw your support right now. It's obvious that she used you for the MIGHTY GREEN CARD!! For pete sake you deserve someone better. Talk to your lawyer and stop the AOS process and send the girl back home where she belongs. I am a filipina and I hate that those kind of people are giving us bad reputation. True loving Filipina's are not like that believe me.
