We were reading trought previous post regarding Naples consulate and we did not understand how it works.

We had a date from NVC and NVC will send us an email describing what to do.

Previous posts talk about packet 3 and 4 witht the DS230 form. We have already sent all that to NVC.....

Anyone can clarify?

11/03/2008 - I-130 delivered to Chicago Lockbox

11/07/2008 - NOA1 received

01/13/2009 - Transferred to CSC

02/09/2009 - I-130 Approved

NVC

02/14/2009 - NVC Received/Case number assigned

02/18/2009 - DS-3032 / AOS Bill Generated

02/26/2009 - E-mailed (wiki template) DS-3032

03/06/2009 - DS-3032 approved by NVC via email

03/10/2009 - Affidavit of support invoice paid

03/16/2009 - IV fee paid

04/02/2009 - Sent I-864 and DS-230

Were you reading posts about the same type of visa? It sounds like you were reading K visa posts.

Do you know where i can find info regarding CR1?

i got my e-mail from nvc today just says to take that e-mail when my husband goes to the interview and go on the immigrant visa website to find out about the medical.. so i think the packet 3/4 apply to k-1 visa..

I-130 Sent : 12-12-2008

I-130 NOA1 : 12-18-2008

APPROVED: 03-05-2009

NVC

Case Entered Into NVC: 03-18-2009

NVC Sent DS-3032/I-864 Bill: 03-25-2009

E-mailed DS-3032: 03-26-2009

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill: 03-30-3009

Paid I-864 Bill: 03-30-2009

I-864 Bill Shows as PAID: 04-01-2009/printed the document cover sheet

Sent I-864 Package: 04-02-2009

NVC put the I-864 in system: 04-07-2009

Mailed Ds-3032 after not hearing anything about the e-mail overnight thru usps: 04-08-2009

(Same Day) got e-mail from nvc approving Ds-3032/ IV Bill (hahah)
