My fiance is on a r1 visa, but we got engaged and want to apply for the k1 visa. She is canadian, but did religous work here so she was offered a religious work visa which she worked for a church and got paid for. They issued her a Social Security number so on the G325A does she put the american SSN or none ?

Since she has been issued a US SSN, she should provide that number on the G325A form.

Also, is your fiance currently living in the US? If she is why are you applying for a K1? You could marry and adjust status (she would not be able to leave the US until she had her green card).

well she visits once a month, but she lives in canada and i was told by people that if she got married here and we adjusted status it could be considered visa fraud since she is on an r1 visa. But one more question if her father is deceased on the G325 A what do we put for his current country of residence?
