Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

Just curious as to why many here, even one's who've been here awhile don't post any photos?

Because it's none of your business what I look like, Steven :)

So I'll just have to 'assign' a face to store in my memory... Agent Smith meet Agent Smith...

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

there are a few here that know what i look like ... but i don't see it as a necessary thing ...

besides ... i would hate for some blogger to post my pic and write some un-truth about how i pick my nose and fart all around the house while my children are unattended all day playing video games ... y'know?!?!?

I appreciate my privacy. This is the first place people know my real name online (and still, not my full name just my first name), I never say my real name on game sites, or other places, I use aliases.

The pictures I have no problem showing them to friends, people I trust, but not in a public forum everyone can copy and do whatever they please with the pictures. So if I make friends online and after months or years talking to this person I decide to show this particular person (as I have) privately my pictures then yes, no problem. But not here, not on an open forum.

I don't think that makes me paranoid. Everybody deals with their lives the way they believe it's best for them. I like having some privacy. It's my choice and I don't regret it one bit. For those who chose post your pictures, good for you, but when hell breaks loose, like it happened in this forum, sorry I won't mention it, then you have to deal with the consequences. If people are strong and ok to deal with it, great, if not, why risk, right? ;)

Oh, there's a picture of my finger on my avatar, ah and my cat is in a couple threads too :P
