12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

mine is on my profile :) I did post one of US as a couple but I messed it up and it went in the general gallery instead of 'my photos'..well..I *am* blonde! :D

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

I learned a long time ago that putting your image out there on the Internet isn't always a good thing! :whistle:

Ah, I see! I tend to forget names, but it's rare that I forget a face. It's just nice to see the face behind the posts. Makes people seem a bit more neighborly. :star:

there are a few here that know what i look like ... but i don't see it as a necessary thing ...

besides ... i would hate for some blogger to post my pic and write some un-truth about how i pick my nose and fart all around the house while my children are unattended all day playing video games ... y'know?!?!?

Maybe I'm optimistically naive, but I just don't see that as happening. Both MySpace and Friendster have people posting their photos for literally millions to see. Y'all sound a bit paranoid... :reading:

Guess you missed some of the drama last week, Steven. But we're not supposed to talk about it.

My fiance and I also had our picture altered on another message board after we had a disagreement with the admins.

So if that makes me paranoid, then so be it.

She is referring to an actual event that was painful for a lot of people. It DOES happen.
