USCIS has no order..

I filed mine after you guys, I did get a touch, but nothing today yet...

maybee it depends on where the beneficiary is at? I've seen London/Canadian people get their NOA2 much faster than us...

USCIS is the main source of headaches I swear. It'll be okay though, just try not to think about it 24/8. Time flies FAST when you're not paying attention.

Dont forget they also caused ulcers, sleeplessness, anxiety, hives, heartburn, stress, and cold sweats.

No need to apologise, Bunzarelli :)

Up until yesterday, CSC (California Service Centre) were showing that they were processing applications outside the 5 month time frame, because they were showing 15th February 2009, but then today they updated it to 15th March, and because that's within the five month timeframe, that date has since disappeared and reverted to '5 months'. Sorry, I probably didn't explain that very well, look here:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplay.do

Basically what it means is that they're getting through those applications!

Such a rediculous slow process.

I don't see why they can't just speed it up based on the fact we did it the legal way rather than get tourist visas and file AOS here.

See "About Me" for full timeline.
