No, I haven't. According to the website at USCIS it said 5 months for I-130 processing time. Here's the link https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDis...e=serviceCenter.

Am I the last May filer? Our attorney filed May 21st directly to the VSC (which I understand isn't correct procedure). Imagine my surprise when I got my NOA1 indicating that they received the I-130 and it's been assigned to the CSC.

I feel like the caboose.

My wife mailed mine in on the 26 of May. We have not heard any thing yet:(

I'm sure it's on the way. After we sent the I-130, I was looking at timelines and got so upset because everyone seemed to get their NOA1 in a matter of days! We were long past that when ours finally came. It was then that I realized the receipt date listed on the timelines is when the service center received the petition, not when the petitioner got the NOA1.

Yours is coming - try to hang on. Hard, I know!

So my parents had it this whole time. We got are number on the 4 of June. It is down in Cal. right know. I am weird about how long the time is from nov2 to the interview. Here where my dh is from it can take up to 246 days. I'm leaving in Spet. to go back home with are son. it is going to be hard to be away from him that long.

Still here and still waiting. No touch, nothing :(

Good luck to us all!
