Hi everyone, I also haven't had any 'touch' since May 13th, but i did have a nice experience to share............i accidentally forgot to fill in question #22 about which consulate my husband will apply & interview at, and I also didn't know that we could send in photos with the I-130, so I called CSC and I spoke to a super nice lady who gave me her fax number and told me just to fax everything I wanted to correct (my I-130) and my photos, etc.

I faxed 19 pages to her and she even called me the next day to tell me she recieved it all and put it with my case file ..........i feel so much better that i had the chance to send all of that to her. She was very kind..........so hopefully i have avoided an RFE!

On this qustion I also left blank and to those of you with more experience, do you think if I was to call on Tuesday and resubmitt the corrected I-130 with the new date of being sent im wandering if they will start the process as that day instead of the orginall date sent. Or do i wait to see if I get a RFE and then resend? I have chatted with another gal on here that left it blank and she was approved and her husband is now here. I was at the embassy with my husband the same day she was with her husband doing there interview. LOL what are the odds of that? Anyway just a boreing day so thought I would throw this out there and see what you all think.

too much carefulness may lead to delay in paperwork,so i think u should wait to see their perspective regarding the package overall.

Seems like all USCIS is processing these days is work visas. Many March filers still not approved. Hang in there, they cant process work visas all the time.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Hey everyone just checking in, not much going on I did get a touch on May 13. It seems like USCIS is moving a little slower to me. I also noticed not a lot of May filers, so maybe this will help everyone still waiting from Feb., March and April get approved. No method to the madness im sure. Wishing everyone a good rest of the day.

I'm in the same situation. I got touch on May 13 but nothing happen afterward.

zahrasalem,

I'm worse than you. I only submitted: I-130, two G325A (me and her), marriage certicate, 2 passport photocopies (me and her), 2 passport photo taken for the last 30 days (me and her). I should includes: photos, relationship proof, emais, phone and so on but didn't. I expect RFE is coming to me once it get processed. I kick me self everyday for that.

Trust me, Ever. Receiving NOA1 is easy and quick. I mailed mine on 5/2/09 and USCIS recieved on 5/4/09. I've tried very hard to stop my I-130 package at the Post Office from going out after I realized I forgot to includes relationship proofs( pics, emails, and etc) and also I leave 2 questions blank.

Good luck and don't worry about NOA1. You should be worry about NOA2 instead.
