They cashed my check yesterday, so when I get home tonight maybe the hard copy, who knows. The one thing is for sure they are quick to cash the checks that come into them...lol Wishing everyone a great day today.

Well it's the middle of the month and only a few of us May filers here are there any others? Maybe a shortage for May and then USCIS could get the FEB, March and April filers complete, I know you are all so ready to be done as I am also. I can't rush to fast as my husband will not complete his military in Egypt untill Sept 1, 2009. I will need him for the NVC process to get his police and completion of military stuff sent to me. As for now I have mailed him the ds-230 to sign and our G-325 in case of RFE on the signiture as I put on his my sig. and petitioner in brackets. Either way I will be ready if we get a RFE. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Yes I saw the WACXXXXXXXXX on the back of my check a few of the numbers were hard to read so I called my bank and they read them off to me, I also added the extra one to the ending as I have seen on here. ie example, my number ended with a 3 so add the 1 and that is 4, so thats what I logged on with and showed my case as recieved on May 11. Did I make any sence? Been a long day and still working untill 915pm.

I also sent my I-130 on May 2, it was received by Chicago lockbox May 4th and today, May 11th I received my hard copy NOA1................hopefully everyone's NOA1 will also be fast..........good luck to everyone

Just to introduce myself.........I'm a USC, my husband Ahmed is from Egypt and working in Qatar, married in Jan. 09.....

same here. Sent May 2, 2009. Received by Chicago 5/4 and got NOA1 5/11. However, I'm a little bit worry because I leave I-130, question 3, "State/Country" blank (column C, information about your relative) and also question 4, "Date of Birth." Everything else look good. I hope they can fix it for me by using the information from the package such as passport copy, marriage cert. or G-325A. Please wish me luck for this one. Thanks and good luck to you all!

Welcome to the May filers, as far as your questions you left blank, who knows they may fill them in or send you the RFE to resubmit the forms so just correct them and have them ready just in case so you can send them off the next day.

I got my hard copy of NOA1 in the mail when I got home from work tonight so that was awesome, my case is also May 11. You will be fine kong like I said the worst that can happen is you have to resubmit the corrected I-130 then its smooth sailing.

My NOA1 was complete and hard copy sent out May 8th, I recieved the hard copy May 11th.....sent to CSC......then 2 touches........May 12th and 13th.

I'm expecting an RFE because I stupidly forgot to answer question #22 on the I-130 to tell them my husband will interview in Qatar, which is his current address on the I-130, not interview in his native Egypt. No sign of the RFE yet.

Don't expect this to be accurate. I still appear as pending case after being approved last April 30th.

Call them after 1 month and every week thereafter just to make sure you are updated.

Some March Filers did not even know they got approved and has an NVC case number already until they called USCIS for an update.
