Hello there..

We filed in May 2009 for the I-130 and we got our approval in July of 2009. We received notice on September 9 that we may pay our AoS fee online, so we did that. On October 12, we received our IV fee, and that was paid, as well.

We have not received any notification yet from NVC that we may proceed to start sending in our affidavit of support packet, however, we are getting our tax documents and bank statements ready, and once those are set, we will want to contact NVC to see if they've generated the AoS for us. For future reference does anyone know what their number for customer support is?

Also just to be sure, 3 years worth of tax forms are needed and the optional 6 month set of bank statements, is that correct?

As far as I understand as soon as your $70 AOS fee is paid, you may print off the receipt and send in your AOS packet immediately. What have you been WAITING for? Same thing with the $400 IV bill. Send in your DS 230 packet with that receipt.
