Randy don't feel bad about it, at least they're looking at may cases now.. the adjunticator was probably drunk under a table for the past 2 weeks and had to sober up..

I am a newby, I would like to know if it would be a good idea to call USCI-Cali to check on my case

or do you think it's still too early ?

thanks i will definetely let her know that. actually i'm the one helping her, i did all the paperwork for her so now i'm getting ready to do the NVC as well.

What I did was, we called, gave them the information they wanted and then proceeded to ask if they could tell us the present status of our petition. (Whether it's in the mail room, filing room, or on an officers desk.) If by chance, you get a really moody officer...just let them go and try again. It's really a hit or miss sort of thing. Good luck!

so atm they're just lagging through that second week of may... soo slow..

i read in some other thread that the noa2 email can come up to 13 hours after the approval.. soo a good idea to check ur mail tommorow..

Another touch today on the website so far no email. Not sure what it is as the website looks different today. Still exciting I feel like were going somewhere.

My email time stamp was 12:00A.M., so check first thing in the morning.
