2009-08-25 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated (paid AOS)

2009-08-26 : E-mailed DS-3032

2009-08-27 : AOS shows PAID

2009-08-27 : DS-3032 mailed (scheduled to arrive on 2009-09-01 via express mail from Chittagong, Bangladesh)

2009-08-27 : AOS package sent to NVC overnight

2009-08-28 : AOS packaged delivered before noon!

2009-09-04 : DS-3032 accepted (didn't receive an e-mail but assumed it was accepted as IV bill became available for payment)

2009-09-04 : IV Fee bill generated (payment shows in progress)

they've done quite a few ppl towards the end of may

plus some june and july filers

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

not really

they've done quite a few ppl towards the end of may

plus some june and july filers

I think the July filers are DCF, they tend to get processed very quickly after being submitted anyway, so don't worry it's still April, May and early June they're working on :)

I tried calling them once a few months ago.. but I realized that with all the centuries that monkeys have existed on earth, they still lack the communication skills that we possess.

Congrats to the approvals that are comming!!

In recent events that have happened with my husband some of you know he was to finish his military time on Wednesday, he went to take his military ID and get his papers to find out they are going to extend his time for 6 months. He actually cried and of course so did I as this was not what we were expecting. Had to get myself into quick acceptance of this and know they can't keep him forever. The reasons for a penalty system they use. On my last trip there 3 weeks ago we were on vacation together and some kind of machine came up missing at the camp where he stays and there are only 6 of them. As know one took the blame the military added time to them all. Also got time for not wearing the right socks to work. Just unreasonable things to me to comprehend. Same happened to my girlfriends husband she is from Denmark and her husband is also serving in Egypt, he wore the wrong shoes to work and got 21 days in jail. If he messes up again he will get 60 days in jail and 6mo. added to his time and he is not to complete untill 2011. Im just devistated. So I guess when our I-130 is approved we will wait at the NVC untill he gets his completion papers. Such a bummer but trying to stay positive and wade through the storm.

Are you sure? According to Igor's List (I just checked) there have been only 12 June approvals, and there are another 38 waiting, not quite going crazy - yet!

Igor's list shows 20 approved petitions for may, 14 for june..

There's still a bunch of unapproved petitions in may but it seems like they skipped finishing off may and just went right to june..

is it just a case of one officer being faster than the others there or something?

I was at june thread looking through there.. were only what 12 pages and just waiting.. over there had some guy who was filing for pakistan in june got his approved. I want his timeline lol

Yes, it seems they are doing June almost as fast as May....sucks!!! Sandra, sorry to hear about that, that sucks too!!!

Does anyone know if the approvals are matching the estimated approval dates in our timelines? My approval is estimated between August 24 and September 10....
