May filers, just wanted to give you some hope - we were approved. :dance:

I thought I had posted earlier in the week, but I guess I didn't - posted in June instead.

12/7/09 - Interview (denied for 28 yr old CIMT); filed waiver same day

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

I thought I had posted earlier in the week, but I guess I didn't - posted in June instead.

Congratulations! Got approved but no touch. I got the opposite from you. I got 2 touches (8/20 & 8/21) but no approve in sight.

Sorry I can't join the victory dance with you right now.

12-13-09 - INTERVIEW PASSED (Qatar)....Spent 12 weeks in AP

03-03-10 - VISA IN HAND :)

03-06-10 - AHMED COMES HOME :)

03-12-10 - SS# card received

03-19-10 - GC received

06-01-11 - Better job!

08/21/2009 - NOA2 (95 days from NOA1)

09/01/2009 - NVC assigned case no. (11 days from NOA2 incl. 2 weekends)

09/15/2009 - got DS 3032 form from NVC by email

09/17/2009 - sent DS 3032 to NVC by email and by regular mail

09/17/2009 - received and paid AOS fee bill (paid online)

09/18/2009 - NVC accepted DS 3032

09/22/2009 - received and paid IV fee bill (paid online)

09/22/2009 - AOS fee entered into the NVC system

APPROVED!!!! HOORAY!!! After 2 touches it is updated on line saying it was approved on Aug 20!!! I filed in April but NOA1 was May so I thought I would update here too and hopefully give some hope... The approvals there a comin'

Congrats to MOB on your NOA2!!! USCIS is working all kinds of files from May and June, did they forget about the march filers I feel so bad for them. I thought it was to go in order or close there of?

I was second guessing my papers and knew I was taking a chance when I signed my husbands G-325 with my name in brackets and signed my name and put petitioner next to it. As I know of a few that have done that and were approved. So when I was in Egypt this month I had him sign them and I sent those in priority mail and they recieved them yesterday with my NOA1 cover sheet as USCIS directed, so maybe they can add that to it and notice oh wow she filed in May and were approving June and decide to work my case. Who knows its a shot in the dark. At least I won't get an RFE for the G-325 at least I hope not.

We are also still waiting for our approval. It can really get depressing but Im not going to lose hope though. I trust God that He will give us our approval soon.
