Perhaps it is time to make an INFOPASS appointment and go in person to speak to an immigration officer to find out what is going on. Two years is a long time - I know, mine took 22 months. At the very least it might get you back on the radar. You can make an infopass at http://www.uscis.gov and click on 'Schedule an Appointment" in the right hand column, then follow the instructions. Good luck. - Oh, I had to redo my fingerprints as well.

Hi Kathryn,

just a quick update- we just came from our info pass app- in Dallas - and the officer we spoke to said

we just have to wait another 90 days- she submitted for 2nd finger print- she warned us - they have about 8k cases

still pending in Dallas and 90dys is just an estimate could be longer- we asked to speak to supervisor

she said none was available- so now we are going to do the WRIT OF MANDAMUS - we have an appoint..

with an attorney in Dallas next week 05/26/2009- no more waiting for us - we have even called congress office

and no help - the same wait wait- keep praying for us - as we go thru the WRIT process

thanks for you
