my husband moved to the states almost 2 months ago. we got married april 18th and are filling the aos papers now. when we filled the i-129f i had my dad be the co-sponsor.

i believe i make enough money now to be the only sponsor right now. one of the questions on the i-864 asks about if you are the first or 2nd sponsor....do i have to have my dad be a co-sponsor again or can i just fill out the 864 and be done with that??

also...i used a letter for my employer regarding my job for the i129f....can i use that letter again (of course editing some info)?

You can do the I-864 yourself if you make enough. If the letter is from your employer, exactly what will YOU edit? I would think you need a new letter, or go with the old one. For the I-864 the letter must be within one year.
