Come by my local hindu temple sometime. Half the cars in the lot are luxury brands. Not one of them came to this country with money.

Don't like hindus? Fine let's talk Hispanic immigrants. Two lower income towns to my left and right. Both used to be overwhelmingly American born about a decade ago. Today one still is, the other is now mostly newly immigrated Hispanic. The Hispanic town has a ton of new building. They're working, bringing in money and building left and right. The other town is still American born poor... as sh1tty as it always was.
