hello guys.

i will be sending out I-134 (affidavit of support) to my fiancee for K-1 visa.

so my question is what is the validity of the I-134 form? for how long is it valid ?

i am trying to look for that information on I-134 information, but couldn't find it.

thanks in advance for your help guys.

the i-134 has no expiration date... the individual consulate decides for themselves how recent the dating of the supporting evidence needs to be...

YMMV

thanks.. does help little bit.

since there could be more than 100 different answers worldwide, by asking your consulate directly will be the only definitive answer

YMMV
