More than enough. For the I-129f you do not need to submit...

1. her passport

2. passport photos of her children

3. phone communication

4. photos with children

5. emails

6. her or childrens birth certificates

7. Western Union receipts

It will not hurt anything to include this, but it is not necessary. Thise things will be needed for the visa interview so make sure you have copies. For the interview you will also need original birth certificates, a copy and a translation of each

How it is bound together does not matter. However you do it, it will be disassembled upon arrival and put into a USCIS file in the order they choose. I usually recommend using a paper clip for the associated items and a binder clip on the whole thing.

This is correct. I would definitely not submit the Western Union receipts. I would cut the number of photos in half and send less than a dozen emails. Of course, you can do without any of either.

Your cover letter should list the actual items in your petition package so would not be verbatim from the example.

I don't know if this was needed, but I included a translation of my passport stamps. On some of Peru's passport stamps the word "Peru" isn't obvious, and in fact it doesn't appear on their "Parroga de Permanencia" stamp at all. Those just say "DIGEMIN," which in the translation I pointed out is the General Directorate on Migration and Immigration of Peru. I figured that the average USCIS person reviewing my multiple Parroga de Permanencia stamps would have no idea what he was looking at without a translation.

Don't know if you're in a similar situation with your Peru stamps.

Hello All, Just looking to see if I can get some feedback on what I submitted. Unfortunately. I did not join these Forums until after I received my NA01 (May 1, 2009)

• Cover letter verbatim from VJ

• Completed I129F You forgot the check for $455!

• My US Passport - All pages with 5 visits to Peru stamps (Highlighted in Yellow)

• My Fiancé’s Passport - All pages

• Passport photos Petitioner, Beneficiary- her 2 under 18 children (names in pencil on back) Only needed Beneficiary, not the kids.

• Phone Communication - A photo of about 100 Peruvian Calling cards (this I know is weak) Not needed, bring to interview.

• 10 Photos of me and her together (with our names and dates on back) Too many but not a problem.

• 10 Photos with me and her children. Too many but not a problem.

• 4 Boarding Passes, 2 Hotel stays

• 50 Email copies of emails over a 2 year period Not needed, bring to interview.

• Beneficiary and her children’s Birth Certificates (Certified Translated) Not needed especially the kids.

• Completed G-325a (Beneficiary and Petitioner) With original signatures?

• Beneficiary and Petitioners Divorce decree's (hers Certified Translated)

• Western Union Money transfer receipts ($250/ month for Apartment in Lima) Could be a red flag. This should have not been included. Could raise a cconcern about intent, meaning, are you buying the person. Be prepared to explain at interview.

• Marriage Intent Letters (Beneficiary and Petitioner)

All was professionally bound w/ tabs labeling each section.. Not needed but not a problem.
