Nice little RFE from those fine folks at USCIS -waiting for me when I got home. FINALLY!!!! I will overnight this puppy after work tommorrow.

BTW-also had a message on my machine from Congressman Gingrey's office. Gist of it was "final processing should take another 60-90 days.....will probably be sooner, but you should make plans using the longer time. They are adding extra people to clear the backlog."

Not sure if this needs to be seperated out or not---I filed another K1 in Feb 2004; approved in July 2004---she came, but only stayed 6 weeks--she couldn't handle rural life. Should I go ahead and send in a waiver request, or just get it together IN CASE I get tagged for another RFE?

OK, now I get it. I don't have my damn RFE yet - I was filling out the fedex form because if it comes tomorrow before I leave for the airport, I have to drop it at fedex on the way. So I wanted to have the form and envelope ready to go.

I would like to call that number and give them a piece of my mind . . . but I'll skip it for now.

just to let you guys now i got mine in the mail and already sent back to them. i over nighted mine, so it will be in there hands tommorow afternoon. and i heard the first 100 they receive back they will expidite!!! ah just my wishful thinking or dreaming on that. but i did get my RFE today and sent it back out. didnt get any case update online or email notifications.

That is the address they provide for Fed Ex/UPS and normally they do sign for it. I am SO not surprised if that number has been disconnected - that would be completely par for the course here!
