Encouraging all members to seek attorney

I happened to read the intro on the home page and saw this:

We encourage all members to seek a qualified immigration attorney as this site is no substitute for the valuable help and advice a good attorney can provide!

I think this is a terrible statement! Why actively ENCOURAGE ALL members to get an attorney? Why downplay the valuable help & advice offered on this site?

Perhaps say something about this site is not a legal authority... but why recommend that everyone get attorneys?

"Seeking" doesn't necessarily mean "hiring".

Every case is different. Every "case" is a "couple" - a real-life, in-love multi-national couple who want to live together as man and wife in the United States of America.

NatPatBen, I would ask you and all other readers this question - given that each case involves not only the happiness of two people, but also the laws of two governments, why wouldn't it be at least a good idea to seek the counsel of a QUALIFIED professional?

Many attorney retainer fee is about 600 dollars. And, that's not the end of the game. There is also their hourly rate. If you want an attorney, best of luck.
