Hello everyone!

My husband doesn't make enough money to be considered above the poverty line. His dad ( he is retired) is willing to co-sponsor. His individual annual income is 31,731.00 my fiancees is 14,299 is this considered above the poverty line???? they mailed the form to us this week and i just wanted to know they filled it out correctly.

In part one Basis for filing Affidavit support says I (name) am the sponsor submitting this affidavit of support because.

They chose part D) I AM THE ONY JOINT SPONSOR

My fiance chose A) I AM THE PETITIONER. I FILED OR AM FILING FOR THE IMMIGRATION OF MY RELATIVE

Is this correct?

Thanks.

No, my parents live in my home country, They pay for all my expenses. My future husband's father is willing to co-sponsor and we don't live with him, he lives 2 hours away from our town.
