hi guys please help me urgent because we will going to manila on monday we have ticket already i just really want to know that if u go for medical u need an appointment because i read alots of topic here no need and its a first come first serve but when i click on net tonight why i have schedule for appiontment for medical if no need appointment? what does it means?.please help me guys

you only need a scanned copy of noa 2. present this to the guard and they will see you....... also carry two forms of ID and passport.

what im asking is why i have an appointmnet date for medical..do i have to follow that? u know i click on net IV schedule and it says there my appointment date for medical..pleae help me if i should follow that

Yup, you don't need to have an appointment in having your medical done at SLEC. Just disregad that medical appointment date that you got as you can have it done anytime you want as long as it is before your interview date.

Just a reminder, don't forget to bring your appointment schedule that was sent to your email OR your NOA2, passport, medical fee and visa pics. Good Luck and have a safe trip. :star:

06.17.2010 - submitted our papers

06.19.2010 - papers arrived at Chicago lockbox

06.24.2010 - Check cashed

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

no need for u to follow that.. that is just a guideline or information that u should have ur medical at least a week before ur interview... if u are planning to do ur medical u can now... as long as ur petition is approved or u received interview date... please also bring ur letter from the embassy if u have it coz u will have to fill up information about ur case number and then the guard will ask u those... like for mine i had my appointment letter and the letter from manila embassy... have it photocopied bring 3 pics... and also... u need to know ur hubby's address too and contact number coz there are questions about ur hubby on the form.. so better have that information too... :)

August 17, 2009 - Received NOAs of AOS, EAD and AP
Sept. 15, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment
Sept. 24, 2009 - Received E-mail approval notice for EAD and AP
October 2, 2009 - AP on hand
October 3, 2009 - EAD card on hand
November 12, 2009 - Interview Date / Approved
November 23, 2009 - Green Card Received

March 21, 2012 - Lifting Conditions

May 22, 2013 - Citizenship
