This clip is telling in two ways (at least).

1. This issue is not new.

2. It seems we had been in the desert of "Bush Speak" for so long when Obama came along we assigned him tittle of "Greatest public speak". As you listen to Reagan you can hear what a truly Great speaker sounds like, (did they even have a teleprompter then)

*Not knocking Obama, his oratory is the one thing I do welcome, Biden is actually a good speaker too.. when not putting his foot in his mouth.

Speaking of his teleprompter.

I saw a cartoon the other day with Obama leading his daughers in a "Good night" prayer as they knelt beside their bed.

On the other side of the bed is his teleprompter..... leading him.
