I am waiting for interview date ,,,,,,,,,oh no how long i have to wait. Any one there whose case was completed by NVC on may 1 , 2009. Give me some relief guys by throwing some idea on it , how things work on setting date for interview . I really appreciate your views.

Hi bobs,

I believe interview dates would be scheduled starting next week on Mon till Fri. But I had read in the few of the posts that VJ'ers who have had their cases completed recently have already gotten their interview dates by calling NVC. I believe you should try calling them on Mon and Tue and im sure you will get a positive response. Wish you the best of luck for your journey!!!

i am going to call tomorrow , MONDAY with lots of hope to get interview date.Wish me good luck guys .

Please see my time line. Last week May7th my case got completed and Today after speaking to NVC - i got a interview date.

I am sure this week NVC will be scheduling interviews for June. Just keep on calling them and try to talk to a live representative. Good luck on your next step. You are almost there.

2009-04-20 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-04-20 : DS-3032 sent (by e-mail) again after receiving the email for DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-04-20 : AOS PAID (online)

2009-04-23 : AOS package sent to NVC

2009-04-24 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted - Beneficiary received email - ACCEPTED one was 4/17/2009 email

2009-04-24 : IV Fee bill generated

2009-04-24 : IV bill PAID - showed PAID ON- 04/25/2009 and printed coversheet

2009-04-25 : DS-230 sent to NVC

2009-05-07 : case complete at NVC

Embassy Journey

2009-05-13 : Forward the case to Embassy in Chennai, India

2009-06-18 : Medical

2009-06-26 : Visa Interview

2009-06-26 : Visa Approved
