Probably 99.9% of the couples who go the K3 route do not live together. That's kind of the whole reason behind it in the first place.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

And for the last couple years the same 99% should never have taken the K3 route. They should have stuck with the CR1. There is no need to live together for either visa path. Whomever believes otherwise has misinterpreted something or is misinformed.

zackly.

I dunno why USCIS doesn't just kill the K3 officially. They have unofficially anyway, might as well bury it!
