Spouse used prior Address on AOS Forms

Hello,

Prior to our court marriage we meet with an attorney regarding my AOS situation, we completed a draft version the AOS forms with our attorney in early November, since we were already there and we would mail the signed forms after our marriage. However my wife put her previous address on her AOS forms (I-130, G325A, etc) in November since we were not married at the time. After our marriage we forgot to change her address on the forms and our attorney submitted the all of the forms, with our permission of course. At that time we forgot to change the address and the address remained as her previous address. Around April I started preparing for our AOS interview and realized the address was incorrect. Is this going to be a issue at the interview? I spoke with our attorney he said it will not be a issue at all, since we have to many documents to show we have she lives with me now. It was a clearly a mistake. Also, as a side note she has also prepared a scrap book showing a timeline of our relationship dating back to 2000 (we have pictures from junior prom, senior prom, trips, high school, college, with friends, and family marriage, etc..) and she has prepared a scrap book our religious marriage and court ceremony. Here is a listed of documents we have:

-Driver License

-Passport

-Tax Returns

-Checking Account

-Savings Account

-Medical Bills

-Auto Insurance Papers

-Personal Mail (Letters from work, school, etc)

-Paystubs

-Utility Bills

- I can of course get a letter from our elderly parents staying that they live with us.

Should I be worried?

Please Advise. I have my AOS interview coming up in two weeks.

Thanks. :help:

When you realized that you had filed with a incorrect address you should have file form AR11 to update the address. So I take it all the mail you have had from USCIS has gone to her old address.

I would make sure you have all your ducks in a row as you may well have to explain why you did not update her address as soon as you found out that the forms were incorrect.

Tay,

Thank you for your respond. My wife is the petitioner I am the beneficiary, therefore we did receive all of the USCIS mail, since she moved in with me, my address remained the same it was on all forms.

In that case she should have completed form I-865 sponsors change of address. Just make sure you have lots of evidence of joint living together.
