Guys anyone from Michigan got RFE so far? I wanna get an idea if I should still wait for it now or not.

nope, and don't call Levin's office. the woman there is a snot. Handed me the line. don't believe what you read on those message boards. I told her thanks for the insult. I AM POSTING THERE TO YOU MORON!!!! You get more info from the boards then you do the government. right or wrong info. It's still a lot more.

If it's any comfort, we filed in NSC (since my fiance is from Michigan) , got transferred to CSC but got an email that the RFE is on the way!

Hope you get yours soon.

I was touched by CSC through emails today and got my RFE today as well (wow, what a surprise... :dance: ) You guys will receive your RFEs within the couple of working days. Check your mailbox, it will be there. Don't give up !!!!!!

hi guys. i have got the email (june 30)that csc has received my RFE that i mailed out on the 28th. i got touched today (jul 3) as well. i hope this is a good thing...

I think CSC is starting to work and move on the cases transfered from Nebraska. My fiance got 2 emails from CSC saying they sent out the RFE on June 23,2006 so it should be there at anytime now..things are looking up for the march apps!!!! :D

September 13/06- 3 Emails stating we got NOA2, APPROVED!!! Dated September 8,2006.

December 6,2006-Interview in Vancouver APPROVED!

Arrived in US- December 14, 2006

January 3,2007- Applied for SSN got within 7 days in the mail.

February 17,2007- MARRIED!

March 2, 2007-Started AOS paperwork

March 12,2007- Filed AOS, EAD, AP Docs.

O'well all is good I received the RFE today and will send it back out on Wed as Priority Mail to California. Now lets hope that the NOA2 does not take that much longer!! :thumbs::thumbs:

My fiance and I are worried because he recently moved and changed address. He just changed address on 6/26 and he just received an email on 6/27 that his RFE was sent on 6/23. Until now, he has nothing in the mail :(

Jan. 30 - I-212 check fee was cashed (no case # stamped at the back) - no NOA1

Mar. 25 - Engagement

May 05 - I-129F - date of NOA1

May 12 - received I-129F NOA1 from CSC in mail

May 12 - I-129F touched

Jun. 27 - I-129F touched THREE TIMES

(RFE was sent on 6/23....)

- change of address updated

Jul. 04 - I-129F touched

Jul. 05 - I-129F touched

Jul. 10 - I-129F touched (On July 8, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.)

Lawyer received the RFE on Friday, mailed it out on Saturday, we received it yesterday, and got email from USCIS saying it was sent out on the 23rd yesterday.
