Hi, I have been married to my USC husband for 5months and I'm currently waiting for my GC..We're planning to invite my mother for a visit next year,perhaps by that time I'll already be having my GC..My mom is in her early 50's and currently works as a nurse in the government(Philippines)..you think is possible for her to visit us here in the USA before her retirement?? i think she'll have a reason why she needs to go back., my father does have a job as well as a seaman and is currently on-board..I also have 2 siblings who are still studying..(highschool&college).....do you think my mom has a big chance (considering the interview process and all the requirements).....any clue for the necessary requirements or docs my Mom and I has to comply??? Just asking in advance to gain idea...thanks..

I don't think anyone would have a definite answer for this, ever. It's a toss up and up to the CO gods to decide on who to give a visa or not.
