Police Certificate from UK

Hello, does the USCIS require the beneficiary to bring a copy of his Police certificate with them during the interview? Are they required to go and have fingerprints taken? Can the police certificate be aplied for online? Thanks

The UK Police Certificate can't be applied for online. What you will need to get a copy of the form from the ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) http://www.acpo.police.uk/certificates.asp

The form is pretty self explanitory as to what needs to accompany the form. There is no need to go in for fingerprints.

well it depends what you're applying for. if it's a cr-1 or ir-1 the police certificate is sent to NVC and they forward it to the embassy. k-1 or k-3 brings it to the interview.
