obsessed when you know exactly how many days since you submitted your I-129F, NOA1, NOA2, and how many days till the interview.

USCIS, NVC, AOS, CGC, IO, CO, POE, EAD, AP, LOC, NOA and KEV#...........all make perfect SENSE to you! And you can write complete sentences using only those letters.

...you have to get up in the middle of the night to chat with your SO, but in spite of that you get up an hour EARLIER than you really need to just so you can check this g@#$%^&n forum to see if anyone's posted any new interview questions from your SO's consulate!

...your petition package is more than 90 pages, but you've looked at it so many times that you can visualize every page in your mind.

...you think you've finally gotten under control your habit of talking to anyone who will listen about your SO and the immigration process, and then some Sikh guy you don't recognize behind the counter at 7-11 asks "How is your fiancee in Vietnam?".

...when you go to check if the mail has come for the 12th time in a day, your dog rolls it's eyes and shakes it's head.

You love being 'touched' by random strangers.

You have memorized each form number when it took you a year to memorize your own phone number.

You frequently haunt these boards and make useless posts like these on said boards.

haha!

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

.....When someone asks you about "the papers" and instead of speaking you growl. Believe me....I have a coworker who ask me almost every day. That is torture hehehehe

PEACE...........

When you love someone from the bottom of your heart; so much that you are willing to give your life for your loved one, time and distance takes a backseat. Only love prevails. And with love in you hearts you can overcome anything.

...when you ALWAYS have a screen open on your computer for Igor's list, USCIS, and your e-mail and click "refresh" every 28 1/2 seconds for each (even though you should be working...)

...when you follow every month's thread on the progress reports, just hoping to see someone else get approved.

...when you start filling out the AOS paperwork the day after you sent off the I-129F

...when you want to slap the next person who asks "so, when's your fiance geting here?" or "have you decided on a wedding date yet?"
