I filed petition for my minor stepson from the philippines

I filed it in chicago lockbox last april 1 2009 and I receive the first noa last may 1 2009

my first question is how long will I wait to receive the noa2?

How long is the whole process to bring my stepson here?

and lastly what service center will handle my case im from arizona

I am on the same journey as you and got my NOA 1 on APril 18, 09.The time frame for the I - 130 is 6 months . Service center that handles your case is shown on the NOA1 they sent you. I sent my application to Chicago too but my application will be processed in Calif as what the NOA1 stated.
