Form question

Hi all,

My wife printed and signed the forms she needs to mail to me, after much diffucultly; however, she printed her name and thn signed her signature above her printed name, out of habit. The form said signature; it did not say to print name and sign above, Is this ok, or should she reprint and just put her signature as asked, before she mails them to me?

I want to make sure , as i would hate to have delays/or request for information because of it.

What should we do?

Dont worry about it, she SIGNED it, and thats what they want.
